Long cable included
Every Subaru module except the BRZ comes with a long cable, giving you more freedom when routing it behind the dashboard.
Fitting
The blocker connects behind the instrument cluster using plug-in connectors, with no cutting or soldering required. Step-by-step DIY instructions are included, and a free video call is available if you get stuck. Alternatively, our nationwide fitting service can install it for you (UK only). Express tracked shipping is available on all Subaru modules.
FAQs
Does the Crosstrek module fit the XV? Yes. One module covers both names for 2018 – 2026 models.
Is there a blocker for the BRZ? Yes, for 2022 – 2026 models. It keeps a working speedometer but, unlike the rest of the Subaru range, doesn’t come with a long cable.
Can I remove it? Yes. Unplug the module and the car records mileage as normal again.
Are mileage blockers legal? Fitting and using a blocker for testing, diagnostics, track days or off-road use is legal in the UK. It is illegal to mislead a buyer about a vehicle’s mileage, so always declare it when selling.
