Autotech UK makes plug-and-play mileage blockers for Mazda’s small cars, saloons and its growing line of CX SUVs, from the compact Mazda 2 up to the seven-seat CX-90. Each one keeps a working speedometer and is backed by a 12-month warranty.
Mazda’s SUV names are close together, so please pick carefully: the CX-5, CX-50, CX-8, CX-9 and CX-90 each have their own module. The year range in each product title shows which cars it is built for.
Fitting
Your Mazda blocker plugs in behind the instrument cluster, with no cutting or soldering. Clear DIY instructions come in the box, and a free video call is available if you’d like a hand. Short on time? Add our nationwide fitting service at checkout (UK only). Express tracked shipping is available too.
FAQs
Does the speedometer keep working? Yes. Every Mazda module in this range keeps the speedometer reading normally.
Is the CX-50 the same as the CX-5 module? No. The CX-50 (2023 – 2026) uses a separate module from the CX-5 (2011 – 2024).
Are mileage blockers legal? Fitting and using a blocker for testing, diagnostics, track days or off-road use is legal in the UK. It is illegal to mislead a buyer about a vehicle’s mileage, so always declare it when selling.
