Yes on almost every model. The Ibiza, Leon, Arona, Ateca, Tarraco and all three Cupra modules keep a working speedometer. The Alhambra is the exception: its speedometer does not work while the blocker is fitted.

Check your build date

The Seat Leon, Seat Tarraco, Cupra Leon, Cupra Formentor and Cupra Born modules do not work on vehicles built after July 2024. Please confirm your build date before ordering.

Fitting

The module connects behind the instrument cluster without any cutting or soldering. You’ll receive DIY instructions and can book a free video call for guidance. The Cupra Born module also includes a long cable and app control. To have it fitted for you, add our nationwide fitting service at checkout (UK only). Express tracked shipping is available.

FAQs

My Leon was built in late 2024. Is it covered? Not at present. The Seat Leon and Cupra Leon modules do not work on vehicles built after July 2024.

Are mileage blockers legal? Fitting and using a blocker for testing, diagnostics, track days or off-road use is legal in the UK. It is illegal to mislead a buyer about a vehicle’s mileage, so always declare it when selling.
