Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, except some US orders, which are shipped from our distributor in Las Vegas, Nevada. International orders are sent by FedEx Express or FedEx Express, or by tracked post (USPS for the Americas, AUS/NZ Post for Australia and New Zealand), depending on the destination (fees are charged at point of sale), and are aimed to be delivered within time frames specified during checkout. These time frames are indicative only, and while we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery within these periods.

It is the Seller’s responsibility to provide commercial paperwork for all products, including the mileage stopper and odometer stopper, to the freight company. Doing so will prevent holds, returns, additional fees, or other complications from entering the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any resultant import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. The Seller will accept no responsibility for import taxes resulting from the order.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail (free standard delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery in 1–2 days) or FedEx Express (next working day). Couriers collect once a day, so we can’t guarantee dispatch on the day you order.

Refund and Return Policy

All purchases from Autotech UK (mileage-blocker.co.uk) qualify for our 28-Day Money Back Guarantee, which allows you to return your product within 28 days from delivery. To return an item, email us at contact@mileage-blocker.co.uk and we’ll send you a return authorisation (RMA) number and the return address.

We refund the price of the item together with the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back. You pay the cost of sending an item back unless it is faulty or not as described. Please return items complete and in their original condition. If an item has been damaged, or handled more than is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Products you buy from our store do not include customs duties. Depending on your country’s customs policy, you will have to pay import duty and import sales tax. If you choose to place an order in our shop, you accept this policy. If you refuse delivery of a package, we’ll treat it as a return and may deduct the cost of returning it to us from your refund.

Any returned package that has not been received by us and for which a tracking number cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Hardware and Software Warranties

New products from Autotech UK (mileage-blocker.co.uk) carry a 12-month warranty. Reconditioned mileage blockers carry a 6-month replacement warranty. If a product develops a fault, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the cost of returning faulty items to us. Shipping and customs charges for items returned under warranty that are found not to be faulty are the responsibility of the buyer.

Software included within any of our products, such as the mileage blocker, is not guaranteed to work on every software variant of the vehicle that it is attempted to be used on. If your vehicle’s software isn’t supported yet, contact us: you can return the product under our 28-Day Money Back Guarantee, or wait for a software update, as we update our software regularly.

The dates described for the operation of any of our software will show either the year of software operation, or a from and to date of software operation, or a from date to an unspecified date of software operation.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are buying as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 give you rights in addition to our money-back guarantee and warranty, including the right to cancel an online order and the right to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty.

Trade and business customers
