A mileage blocker pauses mileage recording while it’s switched on, so those miles aren’t added to the odometer. Switch it off and the car records as normal.

Is a mileage blocker legal on a hypercar?

Yes. In the UK it is legal to own and fit a mileage blocker. It is designed for track days, dyno testing, tuning and off-road use. It must never be used to misrepresent a car’s true mileage, for example when you sell it, or on a lease or finance agreement.

Why do hypercar owners use a mileage blocker?

Hypercars are often driven on circuits, at owner track events and on the dyno during set-up and calibration. A blocker pauses mileage recording while it’s switched on, so those test and track miles aren’t added to the odometer. Keep a simple log of them.

Will fitting a blocker affect my hypercar?

Our blockers are plug-and-play, with no cutting or soldering on most models, and unplug again with no permanent change. Fitting one doesn’t automatically void a UK warranty, but check your warranty terms first.

Can you fit it for me?
